# Find out if your calls show as "Spam Likely"

**Spam I Am shows you what people on all 3 major carriers (AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile) see when you call, including any spam label, the caller name, and a screenshot on a real device from each carrier.** Your first check is on us, test a line out for free now on all 3 carriers!

## How it works

1. **Start a check.** Enter your number and choose one carrier or all three. You'll get the test line to call for each.
2. **Call each test line from that number.** You have 2 minutes for one carrier, plus 1 minute for each additional carrier. The call has to come from the number being checked. We never spoof numbers. Our phone lets each call ring for a few seconds, then sends it to voicemail, so you can hang up.
3. **See your result in about 5 seconds.** A real Android phone on each carrier receives your call, and we show you what it displayed. You can call from any phone or calling app, including iPhones, Android phones, desk phones and softphones like 8x8.

## What you get, for each carrier

- **The label:** any spam warning, such as "Suspected Spam Caller," or none
- **The caller name:** the name shown for your number, if any
- **A screenshot:** the actual incoming-call screen, so you can see it for yourself

## Why check from real phones

You can't see your own caller ID the way other people see it. The usual way to find out you're flagged is a customer telling you, or answer rates quietly dropping.

A check calls real phones on real carriers and captures what appeared. It's not a guess or a database lookup.

**Each carrier decides separately.** AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile each use a different analytics company, so your number can be flagged on one and clean on another. Checking all three shows you the full picture.

## If your number is flagged

We'll point you to the free steps that actually fix it:

- Request a review from that carrier's analytics provider: Hiya for AT&T, TNS for Verizon, First Orion for T-Mobile.
- Register your number with the free [Free Caller Registry](https://freecallerregistry.com).
- Fix the calling patterns that cause labels in the first place.

Reviews commonly take days to weeks. Re-check every few days to see when the label clears.

We don't remove labels and never claim to. We tell you where you stand, so you know when it's fixed.

- **New numbers:** check before you put a number into your dialer or on your business cards
- **Sales reps, real estate agents, recruiters, home services and small agencies:** anyone whose income depends on people picking up
- **Developers building AI voice and sales agents:** run a check before a campaign, or on a schedule, [through the API](/docs)

## Simple pricing

- **Then pay as you go:** add funds from $10, and pay **$0.25** to check one carrier or **$0.40** to check two or three. Funds never expire.

You're only charged when we return a result. Each number can be checked once an hour. Prices don't include tax.

No sales call. No contract. No subscription required. (Running high volume? A $75/month unlimited plan is coming soon.)

## For developers and AI agents

Request a check with a single API call. The first check on a number works without a key, so an agent can try it mid-task, then send its human a link to approve spending, with a limit they set. Agents that use MCP can connect directly.

## Questions

### How do I know if my number shows as Spam Likely?
Run a check. Call our test line for each carrier from your number, and we'll show you what a real phone on that carrier displayed, including any spam label and a screenshot. The first check on any number is free.

### Which carriers do you check?
AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile. Check one carrier for $0.25, or two or three for $0.40.

### Can you remove a spam label?
No. We only check. Labels are removed by the carrier's analytics provider after a review. We'll point you to the free steps, and you can re-check to see when the label clears.

### Why do I have to call from my own number?
Because that's the only honest way to see what your number really shows. We never spoof numbers. It also means you can only check numbers you control.

### Can I call from a softphone or business phone system?
Yes. Any phone or calling app works, including softphones like 8x8, desk phones, dialers and AI voice platforms. Just make sure the call shows the number you're checking, since some business systems display a main company number instead.

### Do I need to sign up?
Not for the first check on a number. After that, sign up with any email, personal or business, to add funds.
